This app sucks it literally makes you pick a role and there is no role that says unemployed or anything
Starts out by asking your role and doesn't give you an option for non medical or non vital employee. Navigated several minutes and could not het to anything that resembled a blood pressure device setup. This is why I tried it in the first place.
